Sorrento - Portsea (Portsea SLSC) - website. It looks like a long swim, but it rushes with the frenzied, outgoing tide. Started as a race between Liberal leader Ted Baillieu and a friend with a bottle of Dom Perignon as the prize. A real icon event, and a great experience, as the tide sweeps one past some of the most spectacular real estate in Victoria. But get in early: entries fill up fast. |
